How does ReDeal secure my investment?
All investments are secured against the property. This means that as an investor, you are protected by the property in the project that you are investing in.
What if I need access to my capital before the end of a project?
Before investing with ReDeal, we ask all our clients to make sure that their capital can be tied up for the duration of the project, whether that be 12 or 24 months. With that said, life happens and we're here to help. If for whatever reason you require your capital from a project before the project has finished, we will pay you your interest up to the last full fiscal year. Capital withdrawals are available after 60 days from the initial request.
